I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be clean and quiet, despite being near a busy street. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made my experience pleasant. On the downside, the rooms weren't as comfortable as I hoped, especially the beds, and the dining options were quite limited. Still, the location was excellent for exploring the city.

The rooms were okay but not as comfortable as I expected, particularly regarding the beds. The cleanliness was decent, though I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The amenities like the microwave and fridge were great, but the outlet situation was frustrating.

The service was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, I did have an issue with my flight documents being mistakenly thrown away. Overall, the staff tried their best to accommodate us.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from a supermarket and close to the CTA Metro Red Line. It made getting around to places like Chinatown and the Loop really easy.

The dining options were a bit of a letdown; the snacks offered were cold and quite limited. It was helpful with young kids, but more variety would have been nice.
